User Agreement
By downloading, installing, and using DynaFlick (the “App”), you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read this User Agreement carefully before using the App. DynaFlick is an AI-powered real-person dynamic creation tool, crafted to deliver an advanced dark-themed visual experience, allowing you to generate live dynamic GIFs from static real-person photos with one click—while balancing ease of use, a sense of technology, and compliance. Our core mission is to provide you with a zero-threshold AI dynamic creation tool that combines a minimalist workflow, high-end visuals, and compliant design to meet your personalized dynamic content creation needs. At DynaFlick, protecting your privacy information is our top priority, and we operate the App in strict accordance with our core commitments: DynaFlick does not require you to create an account, register, or log in to use any of its features, we do not collect any facial information or biometric data, DynaFlick uses only self-developed AI services and never uses any third-party services, and we never send your data, photos, or any information about your use of the App to any third-party services. By using the App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to all the terms outlined below.
DynaFlick is strictly intended for use by individuals who are 18 years of age or older. We are dedicated to protecting the safety and privacy of minors, and this age requirement is a key part of that commitment. We do not knowingly allow users under the age of 18 to download, install, or use the App or any of its features. By using the App, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and that you will use the App in a responsible, appropriate manner that aligns with this Agreement.
Since DynaFlick does not require an account and does not collect any personal information, we rely on your honest confirmation of your age to ensure compliance with this requirement. If we become aware that a user is under 18 years of age, we reserve the right to restrict or terminate their access to the App immediately, without prior notice, to ensure the protection of minors. We appreciate your cooperation in upholding this policy and helping us maintain a safe environment for all eligible users. We understand the importance of protecting minors online, and our age requirement is designed to ensure that DynaFlick is used only by individuals who are legally able to make their own decisions about their online activities and creative content.
We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This license allows you to access and use all features of the App, including but not limited to browsing the built-in compliant real-person material library, importing photos from your device’s library, using the one-click dynamic GIF generation feature, previewing original and dynamic content, saving generated dynamic GIFs to your device, and sharing your creations via email, messaging apps, or social media.
DynaFlick uses only self-developed AI services to power all its features, and you agree not to modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App, or create derivative works based on the App’s code, functions, or AI technology. You also agree not to use any automated tools, bots, scripts, or third-party software to access or use the App, as this may disrupt the service, compromise the App’s security, or violate our privacy commitments. Additionally, you may not rent, lease, sell, or distribute the App or any of its features to any third party, and you may not use the App for any commercial purposes (such as creating dynamic content for paid projects, advertising, or other commercial activities) without prior written permission from the DynaFlick team.
You are responsible for ensuring that your device meets the minimum requirements to run the App, and for keeping your device secure. We are not liable for any issues or damage caused by outdated device software, insecure device settings, or third-party software installed on your device that interferes with the App’s functionality. You are also responsible for any data loss or damage to your device that may occur while using the App, as we do not store any of your data on external servers and cannot recover any lost content.
You confirm that you own all legal rights to the photos you import into the App, or that you have obtained sufficient, explicit authorization from the copyright owner to use and process such photos. This includes ensuring that you have the right to upload, process, and convert the photos into dynamic GIFs, and that the photos do not violate the privacy, intellectual property rights, or other rights of any third party. You shall be solely responsible for any disputes, claims, or issues arising from the use of photos that you do not own or have not been authorized to use, including any claims of copyright infringement, privacy violations, or harm to others.
Protecting your privacy information also means respecting the privacy of others, so you must not upload photos of other individuals without their explicit, written consent. This includes photos of strangers, colleagues, family members, or any other person who has not agreed to have their image used in DynaFlick. Uploading photos of others without their consent violates their privacy, which we are committed to protecting—just as we protect your privacy information, we also protect the privacy of others. You are solely responsible for any legal or ethical issues that arise from uploading or using photos of others without their consent.
All photos you upload to the App are processed locally on your device, and we do not collect, store, or retain any of your photos, processed data, or temporary files. The only copy of your original photo and the generated dynamic GIF is saved exclusively on your local device, giving you full, exclusive control over your content. You can delete your photos and generated dynamic GIFs at any time directly from your device, and we will have no way to access or recover them. We are not involved in the content of the photos you upload, and we do not review or monitor your photos (as part of our commitment to protecting your privacy information), so you bear full responsibility for ensuring your uploaded content is appropriate and compliant with this Agreement.
The dynamic GIFs generated using DynaFlick are your sole property, and you have the right to use, save, and share them as you wish, provided that such use does not violate this Agreement or the rights of any third party. We do not claim any ownership or rights to the content you create using the App—all creative rights remain with you. We never use your generated dynamic GIFs, photos, or any part of your content for AI training, marketing, advertising, or any other purpose beyond providing the dynamic creation service you requested.
Protecting your privacy information is our top priority, and we strictly do not collect, extract, store, process, or use any facial information, facial features, biometric data, or any other form of personal identifiable information from your photos or device. This is a core part of how we design and operate our app, embedded in every line of code and every feature we offer. DynaFlick’s sole purpose is to help you create dynamic GIFs from static real-person photos, generating natural movements like waving, nodding, and other lifelike actions. Our self-developed AI is specifically designed for these creative tasks and focuses only on the overall structure and movement potential of the photo—not on facial features, biometric data, or any identifying details.
We do not use face recognition, face detection, or any technology that identifies, analyzes, or extracts data from faces. Even if a photo contains faces, our AI ignores facial details and focuses solely on creating smooth, natural movements that enhance the image without collecting or processing any facial data. All image processing and dynamic GIF generation is conducted locally on your device, meaning your photos never need to be sent to external servers, cloud storage, or third-party services. We never use your photos or any part of them for AI training, marketing, or any other purpose beyond providing the dynamic creation service you requested. This ensures that your privacy is protected, and that no sensitive biometric information is ever collected or used.
Our commitment to not collecting any facial information or biometric data extends to our built-in compliant real-person material library as well. All materials in our library are carefully selected and verified to ensure compliance with privacy standards, and we do not collect any facial data or biometric information from these materials. The materials are provided solely for your creative use, and we never use them to extract or store any sensitive information. This ensures that even when using our built-in materials, your privacy remains protected, and you can create with confidence.
To ensure a safe, respectful, and positive creative environment for all users, and to protect the privacy and dignity of others, you agree not to use the App for any harmful, inappropriate, or disruptive purposes, and you must not upload, process, or create any content that involves obscene, sexual, violent, or harmful material. This includes, but is not limited to, the following prohibited uses and content, which violate the spirit of our app and could compromise the safety and privacy of other users:
• Obscene, sexual, or explicit content: You may not upload, process, or create any photos or dynamic GIFs that contain nudity, sexual acts, explicit sexual content, or content that is sexually suggestive or exploitative. This includes any content that depicts minors in any sexual context, which is strictly forbidden and will result in immediate restriction of access to the App. Such content is not only inappropriate but also violates the privacy and dignity of others, which we are committed to protecting.
• Violent, bloody, or harmful content: You may not upload, process, or create any photos or dynamic GIFs that depict violence, bloodshed, torture, harm to individuals or animals, or any other violent or harmful scenes. This also includes content that promotes or glorifies violence, self-harm, or suicide. DynaFlick is intended to be a positive platform for creative expression, and violent content has no place in our community.
• Privacy-invading content: You may not upload photos of other individuals without their explicit, written consent. Uploading photos of others without their consent violates their privacy, which we are committed to protecting—just as we protect your privacy information, we also protect the privacy of others. This includes photos of strangers, colleagues, family members, or any other person who has not agreed to have their image used in the App.
• Illegal or harmful content: You may not upload, process, or create any photos or dynamic GIFs that are illegal, promote illegal activities, or pose a threat to the safety of others. This includes content that promotes terrorism, illegal drugs, fraud, or any other illegal activity. Such content is harmful to our community and violates the purpose of our app.
• Infringing content: You may not upload any photos that infringe on the copyright, trademark, privacy, or other intellectual property rights of any third party. This includes using photos of copyrighted designs, logos, or other protected content without permission. DynaFlick is intended for personal use, and you must only create dynamic content from photos you own or have permission to use.
• Non-real-person or irrelevant content: DynaFlick is designed exclusively for real-person dynamic creation, so you may not upload non-real-person content (such as cartoon images, abstract art, or inanimate objects) or use the App for purposes unrelated to real-person dynamic GIF creation. This ensures that the app remains focused on its core purpose and provides a positive experience for all users.
We reserve the right to take action against any user who violates these prohibitions, including but not limited to restricting or terminating their access to the App. While we do not actively monitor or review the content you upload (as part of our commitment to protecting your privacy information), we may take action if we become aware of prohibited content through user feedback or other means. Our goal is to maintain a safe and respectful environment for all users, and we appreciate your cooperation in adhering to these guidelines. We also implement content filters and safeguards to prevent the creation and sharing of prohibited content, ensuring that DynaFlick remains a positive and compliant creative platform.
DynaFlick uses only self-developed AI services created and maintained exclusively by the DynaFlick team—we never use any third-party AI services, data processors, external tools, or third-party APIs. This is a critical part of our privacy protection strategy, as it ensures that we have complete control over every aspect of data processing and that your information never leaves our secure system. Every feature of the App, from dynamic GIF generation and movement customization to preview, saving, and sharing, is powered by our own in-house AI technology, developed entirely by our team of engineers and developers. We never rely on external AI services, because we know that doing so could put your privacy at risk—third-party services may collect, store, or share your data without your knowledge, which is something we will never allow.
We never send your data, photos, or any information about your use of DynaFlick to any third-party services, including advertisers, data brokers, social media platforms, cloud storage providers, or any other external companies. All data processing occurs locally on your device or on our secure internal servers (for minimal, temporary processing when required by device limitations), and we never share your data with any external parties. This commitment ensures that your photos and personal information remain private and secure, with no risk of unauthorized access or sharing. We take great pride in developing our own AI technology, as it allows us to maintain complete control over your data and ensure the highest level of privacy protection.
Our self-developed AI is specifically designed for real-person dynamic creation, and its sole purpose is to provide you with high-quality, efficient, and private dynamic GIF generation while protecting your privacy. We continuously improve our AI technology to enhance the user experience—such as improving the naturalness of movements, expanding the range of available dynamic effects, and speeding up processing times—but all improvements are made using our own internal resources and data. We never use your photos, processed data, or any personal information to train our AI, and we never share any of your information with external parties for any reason. Every update to our AI is designed to make your dynamic creation experience better while keeping your privacy intact.
We reserve the right to update, modify, or enhance the App, its features, and its functionality at any time, without prior notice. This includes but is not limited to adding new dynamic effects, improving the AI technology, updating the visual design, fixing bugs, and enhancing security measures. All updates are designed to improve your user experience and maintain the highest standards of privacy and compliance, and they will be compatible with most devices that meet the App’s minimum requirements.
By continuing to use the App after an update is released, you agree to the modified version of the App and this User Agreement. If you do not agree to the updates, you may uninstall the App at any time. We are not liable for any issues or inconvenience caused by App updates, and we recommend that you regularly update the App to ensure you have access to the latest features and security enhancements. All updates to the App will continue to uphold our core commitments: protecting your privacy information, not collecting any facial information or biometric data, using only DynaFlick’s self-developed AI services, and never sending your data to any third-party services.
DynaFlick provides real-person dynamic creation services based on our self-developed AI algorithms, which are designed to deliver high-quality, natural-looking dynamic GIFs. However, we do not guarantee that the dynamic effect will meet your expectations, as it depends on the quality and condition of the original photo. For example, heavily damaged photos, photos with poor lighting, or photos with missing details may not be converted into dynamic GIFs that meet your desired standard. We strive to improve our AI technology continuously to enhance dynamic results, but we cannot guarantee perfect outcomes in all cases.
We are not liable for any loss or damage caused by the use of the App, including but not limited to data loss, photo damage, or any inconvenience arising from the dynamic creation process. Since all photos are processed locally on your device, you are solely responsible for backing up your original photos and generated dynamic GIFs. We do not store any of your photos or data, so we cannot recover any lost or deleted content. By using the App, you acknowledge and accept these limitations.
The App is provided “as is” and “as available,” without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of bugs, and we are not responsible for any technical issues, delays, or disruptions to the App’s functionality. We are also not responsible for any third-party software or hardware that may interfere with the App’s performance, or for any damage to your device caused by the App.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time if you violate this Agreement, including but not limited to uploading prohibited content, modifying the App’s code, using the App for harmful or commercial purposes, or violating our privacy commitments. If your access is terminated, you will lose access to all features of the App immediately, and you will no longer be able to use the App to create or share dynamic GIFs. No refunds will be provided for any potential premium features or content you may have purchased (if applicable).
You may also uninstall the App at any time to terminate your use of the service. Uninstalling the App will not affect any photos or generated dynamic GIFs saved on your device, but it will terminate your access to the App’s features. Since DynaFlick does not require an account and does not collect any personal information, there is no need to “delete your account” or request the deletion of your data—all your data remains on your device, and you are in complete control. Uninstalling the App is the only step needed to end your interaction with DynaFlick, with no traces of your activity left behind.
In the App’s Settings, you can access this User Agreement, our Privacy Policy, and any additional guidelines related to the App’s use. You can also adjust settings related to the App’s functionality, such as notification preferences, to customize your experience. Additionally, you can view your creation history (saved locally on your device) and manage your saved dynamic GIFs directly from the App.
