Subscription Agreement
This Subscription Agreement applies to all paid premium subscription plans offered by DynaFlick and governs your use of the App’s premium features. By purchasing or subscribing to any DynaFlick premium plan, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement, as well as the DynaFlick User Agreement and Privacy Policy. DynaFlick is an AI-powered real-person dynamic creation tool, crafted to deliver an advanced dark-themed visual experience, allowing you to generate live dynamic GIFs from static real-person photos with one click—while balancing ease of use, a sense of technology, and compliance. At DynaFlick, protecting your privacy information is our top priority, and all subscription processing is conducted in strict accordance with our core commitments: DynaFlick does not require you to create an account, register, or log in to use any of its features, we do not collect any facial information or biometric data, DynaFlick uses only self-developed AI services and never uses any third-party services, and we never send your data, photos, or any information about your use of the App to any third-party services. This Agreement explains the details of our subscription plans, billing, renewal, cancellation, and other related terms to ensure transparency and clarity for all users.
DynaFlick offers three premium subscription plans to meet your real-person dynamic creation needs, all powered by DynaFlick’s self-developed AI services to ensure high-quality, private, and efficient dynamic GIF generation. All subscription plans include unlimited access to the App’s premium features, designed to enhance your creative experience with a minimalist workflow and advanced visual design. By subscribing, you gain full access to these benefits for the duration of your subscription term, with the flexibility to choose the plan that best fits your creative needs.
DynaFlick offers three premium subscription plans, each designed to provide you with unlimited access to the App’s premium features. All plans include the following core benefits, powered by DynaFlick’s self-developed AI services and protected by our strict privacy commitments:
• Priority support (faster response to inquiries, feedback, and technical assistance)
• Secure, private processing—all data is handled locally on your device or our secure internal servers, never sent to any third-party services
• Term: 1 calendar month from the date of purchase
• Billing: One-time payment at the start of the subscription term. The subscription will automatically renew for another 1-month term unless you cancel auto-renewal before the end of the current term.
• Benefits: Full access to all premium features for 1 month, including unlimited dynamic GIF generation, no watermarks, priority support, and access to the expanded compliant real-person material library. All payment processing is done through DynaFlick’s self-developed internal system—we do not use any third-party payment services and do not store any of your payment information. This plan is ideal for users who want to try premium features short-term or need occasional access to advanced dynamic creation tools.
• Term: 6 consecutive calendar months from the date of purchase
• Billing: One-time payment at the start of the subscription term. The subscription will automatically renew for another 6-month term unless you cancel auto-renewal before the end of the current term.
• Benefits: Full access to all premium features for 6 months, including unlimited dynamic GIF generation, no watermarks, priority support, and access to the expanded compliant real-person material library. This plan offers greater value for users who plan to use DynaFlick regularly over an extended period, with the convenience of a single payment for half a year of premium access. We never send your payment data or any personal information to third-party services, and all processing is done securely through our self-developed system.
• Term: 12 consecutive calendar months from the date of purchase
• Billing: One-time payment at the start of the subscription term. The subscription will automatically renew for another 12-month term unless you cancel auto-renewal before the end of the current term.
• Benefits: Full access to all premium features for 1 year, including unlimited dynamic GIF generation, no watermarks, priority support, access to the expanded compliant real-person material library, and exclusive early access to new premium features. This plan is the most cost-effective option for frequent users, providing long-term access to DynaFlick’s premium AI restoration features with the best value. All payment information is processed securely through DynaFlick’s self-developed internal system—we do not use third-party payment services and do not store your payment details.
We do not use any third-party payment services—all subscription payments are processed through DynaFlick’s self-developed internal payment system, created and maintained exclusively by the DynaFlick team. We never receive, store, or process any of your payment information (e.g., credit card details, billing addresses, bank account information). All payment data is encrypted and processed securely through our internal system, ensuring that your sensitive payment information remains private and protected at all times. We never send your payment data or any personal information to any third-party services, eliminating any risk of unauthorized access or sharing.
When you subscribe to a premium plan, you will be charged the full amount of the plan at the time of purchase. Prices are displayed in your local currency within the App, and any applicable taxes are included in the displayed price. We reserve the right to adjust subscription prices at any time, but any price changes will not affect active subscriptions—you will continue to pay the original price for the duration of your current term. We will notify you of any price changes before they take effect for new subscriptions or renewal terms.
Payment methods accepted are those supported by our self-developed payment system, which may include credit cards, debit cards, and other secure payment options. All payments are final, and no refunds are provided for partial subscription terms, except as outlined in Section 4 (Cancellations & Refunds). Protecting your privacy information extends to payment processing, and we ensure that no sensitive payment data is ever collected or stored.
All DynaFlick subscription plans are set to auto-renew by default, meaning your subscription will automatically renew for the same term (Monthly, Semi-annual, or Annual) at the end of your current term, and you will be charged the current price of the plan at the time of renewal. This ensures that you do not experience any interruption in your access to premium features, allowing you to continue creating dynamic content without disruption.
You can cancel auto-renewal at any time before the end of your current subscription term. To cancel auto-renewal, navigate to the Subscription screen in the App’s Settings, select your active subscription, and follow the prompts to turn off auto-renewal. Once auto-renewal is canceled, your subscription will expire at the end of the current term, and you will not be charged for a renewal. You will still have full access to premium features until the end of your current term.
We will send you a reminder notification a few days before your subscription is set to renew, to ensure you have ample time to cancel auto-renewal if you do not wish to continue your subscription. Your privacy is protected throughout the renewal process—we do not share your subscription status or payment information with any third parties, and all renewal processing is done through our self-developed internal system. This ensures that your subscription management remains private and secure.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Canceling your subscription will turn off auto-renewal, and your access to premium features will expire at the end of your current subscription term. We do not provide refunds for partial subscription terms—if you cancel your subscription mid-term, you will still have access to premium features until the end of the term you paid for, but you will not be refunded for the unused portion.
Refunds may be provided in limited circumstances, such as if there is a technical issue that prevents you from using the premium features for an extended period, and we are unable to resolve the issue. To request a refund, contact our support team at the email provided below, and we will review your request promptly. When requesting a refund, we will never ask for any personal information or payment details—you can communicate with us completely anonymously, as part of our commitment to protecting your privacy information.
If you accidentally purchase a subscription or make a duplicate purchase, please contact our support team within 48 hours of the purchase, and we will review your request for a refund. Refunds are processed through our self-developed internal payment system, and any refunded amount will be credited back to your original payment method within a reasonable timeframe (depending on your payment provider). We never share any refund-related data with third-party services, ensuring your privacy remains protected throughout the process.
Your subscription grants you non-exclusive, non-transferable access to DynaFlick’s premium features for the duration of the subscription term. You may use the premium features on one device at a time, and you may not share your subscription access with any other person or device. Sharing subscription access is a violation of this Agreement and may result in the termination of your subscription without a refund.
All premium features are powered by DynaFlick’s self-developed AI services, and we reserve the right to update or modify premium features at any time. Any changes to premium features will not materially reduce the overall value of your subscription, and we will notify you of any significant changes through a prominent in-app notification. Your continued use of the premium features after such changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the modified features. We continuously improve our AI technology to enhance the user experience, and all updates are made using our own internal resources—we never use your data or content to train our AI.
You can restore previous subscription purchases (e.g., if you uninstall and reinstall the App, or switch to a new device) by navigating to the Subscription screen in the App’s Settings and selecting “Restore Purchases.” This feature is available at any time, and it does not require you to provide any personal information or payment details—all restoration is done through our self-developed internal system, ensuring your privacy is protected. This allows you to seamlessly regain access to your premium features without compromising your privacy.
Protecting your privacy information is our top priority, and all subscription-related processing is conducted in strict compliance with our privacy commitments. We do not collect any facial information, biometric data, or personal identifiable information as part of your subscription. DynaFlick uses only self-developed AI services and never uses any third-party services for subscription processing, payment handling, or any other purpose.
We never send your payment data, subscription status, or any information about your use of the App to any third-party services. All data related to your subscription (including purchase history, renewal status, and usage) is processed locally on your device or our secure internal servers, and we never share this data with external parties. We do not store any of your payment information, and all payment processing is encrypted to ensure maximum security. We do not track your usage of premium features beyond what is necessary to provide the service, and we never use your data for any purpose other than supporting your subscription.
Your subscription information is protected by the same strict security measures we use to protect all user data, including advanced encryption and secure internal systems. We continuously update our security protocols to address any potential vulnerabilities, ensuring that your subscription and payment information remains private and secure at all times. Since we use only self-developed AI services, we can quickly address any security concerns without relying on third parties, ensuring that your privacy is always protected. All subscription-related data is handled with the same level of care as your photos and creative content, ensuring complete privacy.
We may terminate your subscription at any time if you violate this Agreement, the SnapFix User Agreement, or our Privacy Policy. This includes, but is not limited to, sharing your subscription access with others, using the App for prohibited purposes, uploading prohibited content, or violating our privacy commitments. If your subscription is terminated for a violation, you will lose access to premium features immediately, and no refunds will be provided for any unused portion of the subscription term.
You may also terminate your subscription at any time by canceling auto-renewal, as outlined in Section 3 (Auto-Renewal). Termination of your subscription will not affect any photos or generated dynamic GIFs saved on your device—all your content remains under your complete control, as we do not collect or store any of your photos or data. Uninstalling the App will also terminate your access to premium features, and since no account is required, there is no need to take additional steps to delete your data.
DynaFlick is strictly intended for use by individuals who are 18 years of age or older, and this applies to all subscription plans. By purchasing a subscription, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and that you will use the App and its premium features in a responsible and appropriate manner, in line with this Agreement and our content guidelines. We do not knowingly allow users under the age of 18 to purchase subscriptions or access premium features, and we reserve the right to terminate subscription access for any user found to be under 18, without providing a refund.

We are committed to addressing your inquiries promptly and professionally, and we will never ask for any personal information or payment details to assist you—you can communicate with us completely anonymously.
